Writing New Media — Day 10
Okay. I missed posting for the last couple days, but we’ve mainly been working on our final projects. Mine, as mentioned before is a homepage for the course I’m teaching in the fall, UW’s Comm B course, English 201. So I finished the page just minutes ago (it doesn’t have all the links because I still need to make the site). It’s been designed for a 1024x768 screen, so, hopefully, it looks alright. Take a look and let me know what you think: EN 201 Homepage

Fabulous! Can you make the plug move into the outlet? I would love to see it when you are finished with the whole site - I’ll probably have more to say then.
I’ve been thinking about your work and your project while reading for Reading Information Studies - http://readinginformationstudies.blogspot.com/
The site is quiet right now b/c ALA’s big conference is this weekend. But I am getting ready to post my overall thoughts about The Access Principle over on my blog pretty soon.
Maybe the comp-rhet reading group could have a blog. Then those of us who can’t attend could still participate.

Did you take down the site? It didn’t work for me. My job this summer puts me in front of a computer for 20 hours a week, so I started up a Blog. Do I need a secret code word to join the club?

It works for me in Firefox and Explorer. You may not have the shockwave player installed: http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?
